How to Declare a Major or Minor
To declare a major in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or Information systems, OR to declare a minor in Mathematics or Computer Science students must:
Print out the Declaration of/or Change of Major/Minor form. (PDF) (DOC)
Fill out the form.
Have your Faculty Advisor sign the form.
Take the signed Declaration of/or Change of Major/Minor form to the Rutgers Registrar. The Rutgers Registrar’s office is located in Blumenthal Hall on the 3rd floor.
